Did you miss I Am Abel Foundation's Annual Christmas Party? If so, don't do that again! It is the most crazy evening of fun, family and fellowship all year for our mentees, mentors and our families! Big thanks to Chelsea Nwanah, mentee and resident videographer and for our amazing social media team, Benedicta and Jessica that capture every fun moment. From musical chairs to the Grinch showing up and showing out, we had a crazy fun time. We were bedazzled by the illusions of Ed Fairman, the Magic Man! We also enjoyed a pie eating contact called "Beat Magnolia Oliver!! " We didn't think it could be done but it was ! The 1st Place Winner of our Pie Eating Contest was none other than Dr. Erica Taylor! She apparently is not only an amazing mentor and OBGYN, she is also the maker of some pretty amazing "Tater" pie.
The food was catered by none other than Priscilla's Soulfood Kitchen and our amazing Charcuterie Table was courtesy of none other than Nicole Nikki Harvey and her amazing team. It was both gorgeous and delicious.
Our music was compliments of DJ Geo and the amazing mocktails were none other than SugaRimz. The smokey drinks really were a crowd favorite for the kids!
The first year students received their first Littman Stethescopes and an assortment of other goodies. In fact all of our amazing mentees received customized gifts to inspire them on their journeys.
It was and is always the event of the year and it's safe to say we had an amaaaaaaaazing time! Thanks to everyone that made this amazing evening a success!!
