Deonna joined Willis Towers Watson in May 2019 and brings over 8 years of consulting experience in employee benefits. She has collaborated with clients across various industries, leveraging her knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional support in managing and expanding client and vendor relationships.

Her responsibilities include overseeing all projects related to the contract renewal and marketing process, recommending solutions that align with strategic objectives, and managing carrier implementation projects. Deonna also prepares key deliverables and ensures deadlines are met as outlined in client service
plans. In addition to her client work, she serves as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion recruitment team, partnering with organizations to attract and retain African American and Latinx talent.

Outside of WTW, Deonna’s most fulfilling role is being a loving wife and mother to her four children. She is also an active member of her church, supports various worthy causes, and volunteers with numerous organizations. Deonna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from
Concordia University Chicago and maintains active Life and Health Insurance licenses in over twenty states.
